Where is Romy Simpson of Eastwood Collegiate/Twin Cities Predators hes had a record breaking year!! SERIOUSLY CONSIDER THIS KID. I watched him do damage in his summer league and hes only getting better. He's got serious talent and lots of potential once he leaves that garbage predators team. He was a CFC All Canadian only 3 people from his district can say that as well (Gordon Lam, Jack Hinsperger).

A.N. Myer's dominating offensive and defensive performances over #10 seed Jacob Hespeler was SO MUCH MORE impressive than W.F. Herman's win against #9 seed Huron Heights. Huron Heights, with virtually no passing game, came close to beating the Griffins. No question, Myer deserves to be ranked #1 in Canada, period!

I think a fourth option needs to be presented here. The rise of Catholic Schools. These schools have the money, the facilities and the coaching. Kids that are serious about football coming from elementary school are enrolling in Catholic schools so they can play for a decent team. A number of these schools are also skirting the school transfer rules by showing the kids how they can skip the one year ineligibility rule - its amazing how many of these transferees were bullied - yeah right.

Two CFC50 ranked undefeated teams will put their 5 and 0 records on the line Thursday. Not sure there is a bigger contest out there. Holy Cross to play Centennial in a epic battle to close out the regular season to claim the top spot.

if you are looking for something that delivers an informed and accurate rating, this is not the place to find it. To be fair, there is so little interprovincial play, they need to base a lot of their ratings on Canada cup outcomes. their local reporters seem to be all volunteers with a mix of writing skill levels and football knowledge levels but to call it a ranking "system" gives way too much credit.
I have never pulled back the curtain to see what is inside the subscription section, but based on what I see in the free portion, why would anyone waste a thin dime on it?

This ranking system is very confusing. A team that has done nothing but win all year drops 5 spots after another win and a team that is idol moves up 2 spots? The team that dropped has consistently been in the top 50 for years as well. Not just an up and comer. May I also note is that this team plays it second string players in the forth quarter after getting a lead. I watch other teams that seem to want to run up scores to look better than they are. This team is all about developing players to play for future years...not about winning by 40 every game.

This does not appear to really be ranking of all top non public schools. For example, BC independents like Vancouver College, Saint Thomas Moore and Notre Dame are not included and one or more are surely quality teams that would rank highly. These BC independents play in provincial AAA league against public schools. But so what? The academy teams playing in States play games against some public schools so not sure of difference. Do not some of the other non public schools on list also play public schools? It would be interesting to learn what the criteria are to be eligible for the non public ranking list since it seems to exclude some non public schools from being eligible.

What were the distances of the field goals in the women's National championship games. I know of two, Kassidy Atwater's in the bronze medal game, and Carly Dycks in the gold medal game. Were there field goals in the earlier games?

Burlington/Hamilton will/would destroy both the Wolverines or Sudbury as the Stamps/Hamilton have vastly superior offensive & defensive systems and Special Teams play. The Ramsay Division is the weakest conference in the OFC as there are more advanced/stronger teams & programs in the Ditmere Division.

The OFC executive needs to balance out their league by putting strong teams from the DItmere Division into the weaker Ramsay Division. Both Peterborough & Sudbury would be in the lower/bottom tier if they played in the DItmere Conference.

Wow....you guy's are badly informed at the Bantam level. So you have the only undefeated team at # 5. The team that tied the # 1 team not even ranked and a bunch of 3 loss teams in the top 10.
